Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Viajaro, the AI-powered travel planning application for iOS, Android and Web (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Viajaro helps you plan trips: it generates day-by-day itineraries using artificial intelligence, centralizes your bookings (flights, lodging, car rentals, tours, restaurants, tickets and long-distance transport), stores travel documents, tracks and splits expenses among travelers, and supports group trips with collaborators.

2. AI-generated content — disclaimer

Itineraries, recommendations, and data extracted from scanned documents or bookings are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. They are suggestions and aids, not a guarantee of accuracy. Flight schedules, prices, availability, visa requirements, and any other information suggested or extracted by the app can be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying critical information — especially anything related to travel documents, bookings, and payments — directly with the official source (airline, hotel, government authority, etc.) before relying on it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts; upload content you don’t have the right to share; or interfere with the normal operation of the app (including scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading our infrastructure).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Viajaro — trips, bookings, documents, photos, and any other material. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate itineraries, extract booking data, or share a trip with your group at your request).

5. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Anonymous mode lets you try the app without an account, with the limitations described in the app.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account and data at any time; see our Delete account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice when reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viajaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content or the failure of third-party providers (airlines, accommodation providers, payment processors, etc.) unrelated to Viajaro’s own conduct.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Peru. Viajaro is operated by OASIS HOSPITALITY & TECH E.I.R.L., a company registered in Peru.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post any changes on this page along with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
