What is Viajaro?
Viajaro is a travel planning app that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized itineraries, centralize your bookings, store your travel documents, and split trip expenses with your group. It’s coming to iOS, Android and Web.
When will the app be available?
Viajaro is in active development. Follow us or email support@viajaro.app to get notified about the launch.
Can I use Viajaro without creating an account?
Yes. Viajaro offers an anonymous mode so you can try the app without providing personal data, with some limitations described in the app until you create a full account.
Is my passport or visa information safe?
Documents you scan into your document vault are stored securely and only accessible from your account; they’re never downloaded for offline use outside the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Email us at support@viajaro.app describing the problem, your device, and operating system. Screenshots help us fix it faster.
Does Viajaro share my data with third parties?
We only share what’s necessary with the providers that help us run the Service, such as our AI provider for generating itineraries. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers.
How do I delete my account and data?
